oh the paperwork

Before starting this adoption I did a lot of research.  

In fact adoption and everything related to it have been on my mind constantly this past year.  

I have read everything I could get my hands on.  

(Afterall, I wanted to make an informed decision.)

And in all the reading I've done, time and again I came across 

the paperwork

Everyone talked about it and I truly couldn't understand what the big deal was.

You give them your name, your birthdate, maybe they need your SIN number, a little paragraph about why you want to adopt and voila!  

Complete.

Then I got my first email from the agency.

On Sunday mom and I took a trip to Costco.

I'm hoping this will cover it.
